RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At VORAH, we take pride in delivering premium fragrances and carefully selected products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Products showing signs of use cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by VORAH.
